Each registered company, LLP, partnership firm, or proprietorship you manage in Finndesk counts as one entity. A group of 5 companies = 5 entities. A holding company and its 3 subsidiaries = 4 entities.

The Starter plan includes up to 10 team members and up to 10 entities. The Growth plan includes unlimited team members and up to 10 entities, with additional entities at ₹3,000/year each. For larger groups, contact us for a custom quote.

Yes. GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance tracking are included in both plans. Notice Management, Task Management, DSC, License Tracking, and Password Vault are also included. Cap Table and ESOP are available on the Growth plan only.

At the end of your trial, choose a plan and continue. If you do not upgrade, your data is retained for 30 days. When you upgrade, your compliance calendar, task history, DSC register, and all data from the trial carry over.

Yes. 18% GST is applicable on all plans. A GST invoice is generated automatically and downloadable from the billing section.

Finndesk is currently priced annually. Annual billing ensures continuous access across the full financial year, which is especially important for statutory compliance tracking.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Government portal credentials in the Password Vault are encrypted with user-session-derived keys — not stored in plaintext. Your data never leaves India.
